This is how we work to secure your safety while visiting our meeting facilities, restaurants and cafés.
Our aim is to stay open as per normal and creat safe conditions for our guests and staff. The precautions we have in place will not only secure the safety of our visitors and staff, but it will also ensure our society can be as protected as possible.
In general we always follow the recommendations from the Swedish Public Health Authority and stay updated in realtime with them. As member of the Swedish Hospitality Trade Organization, Visita, we follow their “Safe to Visit” protocol specifically created for meetings and restaurant visits.
For meetingplanners that are hesitant to organise their meeting or event we assist in digitalisation of the entire or part of the meeting. For those who are in need to meet physically, we are there to support a safe operation for the participants in several ways.
Guests in our restaurants always have the choice to do “take-away”. If you sit down and eat at our premises we guarantee you as a guest acceptable distancing between tables. We do no allow any seating the bars and have clear marks and signs where there easily can be a queue.
Visiting us, this is what you can expect:
– Clear signage and markings in floor to remind and facilitate a safe distance.
– Handsanitaion accessible and possibilities to wash hands.
– Food and Beverage served in a hygienic way.
– Frequent cleaning of public spaces.
– Well-trained staff with regards to hygiene and safety.
We expect from you as a guest or visitor to stay at home if you experience even the slight symptom or that you leave our premises should symptoms occur while visiting us. This also applies to all our staff.
