You will find a large selection of dishes in our Food Court. The food covers everything from local Scandinavian dishes to exotic variations. You can easily pay for your lunch with your guest card (you can obtain a guest card from your employer or sign up for one at the front desk of the Visitor Centre).

Our daily fish-special is served in this kitchen, often with local flavors. We strive towards only serving MSC-certified fish.

Made with passion in our kitchen, our meat-dish is often based on the season’s flavors.

SALAD

In our salad kitchen we serve our classic Ceasarsallad, and one additional weekly salad. Suits anyone wanting to eat a lighter lunchmeal.
